Mrs. Claudia Gautreau, 75, of Belliveau Village, died Saturday at Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton, after a brief illness. Her husband, David Gautreau, died in 1981.
 Born in Moncton, she was a daughter of the late John and Joséphine (Bourque) Landry. She attended Notre-Dame de l'Annonciation Roman Catholic Church, Pré-d'en-Haut, and was a member of Pré-d'en-Haut Golden Age Club.
She is survived by three sons, Alfred of St. Anselme, Victor of Belliveau Village and Omer of Memramcook West; two brothers, Elderice of Dieppe and Victor of Fredericton; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. A brother, Edouard, died previously.
The body is at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook. Funeral mass will be celebrated Monday at Notre Dame de l'Annonciation Roman Catholic Church at 7 p.m. Burial will be in the parish cemetery in the spring.
